Monday 28 of October 2013

I had started to put together another blog documenting all the move I made i order to get in contact with you so far, and all those your mother made in order to stop me from seeing you again.
I received this a few days ago:

Dear Mr. X,

It has come to our attention that a blog has been posted disclosing information upon the proceedings involving the children. These family proceedings are private and so confidential to the parties of the proceedings unless the Court orders disclosure in particular circumstances.
The same is in accordance with Rule 12.75 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010. Furthermore, such a breach of confidentiality may be deemed a contempt of Court which may be punishable by imprisonment and/ or fine. We request that the blog be immediately removed. Should you not agree to the same we shall report this abuse to the blog administrator. Lastly, if this matter is not be resolved our client shall consider returning the matter to Court to seek relevant Orders in relation to this matter. Should this course of action be necessary our client will also consider making a claim for costs against you. We confirm that the rules within family proceedings are in place for the protection of children and the parties to the proceedings.

We await your reply within 7 days of this communication or we shall communicate directly with the blog administrator.

We recommend that you seek independent legal advice upon the contents of this communication.
Regards,

So here is a new blog, I shall just publish the anonymised letter between myself and your mother's solicitor and barrister.
The court proceedings will be uploaded on the previous blog (now private) for you to have a read once you get to the age of 18 years old.
