Dear Sirs
Mr & Mrs X
CHILDREN
Our Client is
concerned that he has not seen the two children of the family for the last
month following recent events and that this state of affairs cannot continue.
He would, of
course, prefer to see them alone and for as much as possible. He, therefore,
proposes that Contact take place three times per week with your Client’s father
facilitating handover and that he spend a period of two hours with them on each
occasion. He would be happy to meet your Client’s father at a neutral location
for the handover. He would wish for this Contact to commence as soon as
possible.
In addition, our
Client would like a very brief telephone conversation with the children each
evening at a time between their evening meal and bed and suggests that your
Client state a fixed time for this when he will telephone her mobile number and
the children can answer the telephone thereby obviating the need for any direct
contact between the parties.
Our Client would
want this contact to continue until he is required to vacate the former
matrimonial home at the end of August and what happens in relation to the
criminal charges he faces whereupon I will have to be reviewed.
We look forward
to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
